Sometimes USPS tracking can stall in one spot for a few days. If there are no new updates after five days, please reach out to hello@rubygrayce.com and we’ll be happy to help.

While we don’t offer refunds at this time, we’re happy to accept returns for shop credit or an exchange. Just make sure your product is unused and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 business days of receiving your order, and return shipping is on you.

Each case order comes with one complimentary essentials pouch and magnetic bookmark. If you’re ordering multiple cases, you’ll still receive one pouch and bookmark per order. If you’d like more, you can purchase additional pouches separately.
