When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day. All U.S. orders are sent via USPS Ground from Salt Lake City, UT, and shipping usually takes 3–5 business days. Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses are not eligible for shipping refunds.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping options are available at checkout, with rates and delivery times based on your location. Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses are not eligible for shipping refunds.
What should I do if my USPS tracking hasn't updated in a few days?
Sometimes USPS tracking can stall in one spot for a few days. If there are no new updates after five days, please reach out to hello@rubygrayce.com and we’ll be happy to help.
What's your return & exchange policy?
While we don’t offer refunds at this time, we’re happy to accept returns for shop credit or an exchange. Please make sure your product is unused and in its original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 14 business days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any items purchased at a discounted price are final sale.
Kindle Case Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your Kindle case must meet all of the following conditions:
• Case is unused and in like-new condition
• No signs of wear, scratches, dents, or damage
• Original packaging is included and undamaged
Cases that show any signs of use or damage will not be eligible for return or exchange. Please ensure you selected the correct Kindle model before purchasing, as using the case or attempting to fit it onto a device may make it ineligible for return.
Hat Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
• Item is unworn and unwashed
• The original cardboard liner inside the hat is intact
• Item is free from odors, stains, creasing, damage, or any signs of use
Essentials Pouch
Essentials pouches are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged. If your pouch arrives damaged, please contact us so we can make it right.
Can I buy an extra essentials pouch?
Each case order comes with one complimentary essentials pouch and magnetic bookmark. If you’re ordering multiple cases, you’ll still receive one pouch and bookmark per order. If you’d like more, you can purchase additional pouches separately.
